It seems like only a short amount of time in which to have achieved so much change. to any problem, there is always an answer, we just sometimes need someone to show us how to find it. adele helped map out and explain all the problems i was experiencing and showed me how to work on them, giving me back control of the issues. as a result, i saw a great increase in my confidence which manifested itself as higher productivity and improved ability to do my job, to socialise and also find time for myself. my performance in my athletic pursuits also increased massively and i feel much better equipped for what lies ahead of me. i feel now that instead of accepting my lot in life, i can reach and strive for what i really want. i'm sure she would be modest and humble in reponse to this but i couldn't have done it without adele.
I saw adele for a number of months to help with personal issues. she was/is extremely professional, warm and personable. i definitely saw results from her treatment and if it was for certain circumstances in my life i would of gladly continued to see her. highly recommended.
I started seeing adele via zoom in august 2021 due to suffering with chronic anxiety. i was really apprehensive and didn’t think it would work for me but thought i’d give it a try anyway. it’s the best thing i’ve ever done i’ve gone from not been able to leave the house to now getting out and about all over and enjoying life again in the space of 4 months i’m so grateful i look forward to our meetings adele is so easy to talk with and her gently kind nature puts you right at ease and in a nice relaxing state of mind i would highly recommend adele if you’re suffering with anything 😊
I was recommended to adele back in october after seeking help after a mental health crisis. i was nervous about going the first time as i was in a bad place and could hardly function with day to day life. however i needn't have worried. i gelled with adele straight away as she is very warm and welcoming. i loved how she explained how the mind works and made an aha moment in me from day one. i've had various therapies over the years mainly cbt or counselling sessions but haven't had the penny drop like it has since working with adele. adele gave me an audio recording to listen to every bedtime to help with my sleeping problems and also to listen to it if i felt stressed or anxious throughout the day and i have been doing this religiously most bedtimes (and have certainly known the difference when i haven't). i started with fortnightly sessions and then moved to monthly as personal circumstances changed. i have endured bereavements and devastating family news whilst working with adele since october but knowing i had sessions booked in has helped keep me on track and have felt like a lifeline at times. when lockdown occurred i was worried about how i would be able to keep momentum without my sessions. however again it was adele to the rescue. she invited me to a group on her facebook page where she began offering virtual relaxation sessions once a week, which i have found so valuable, and then once i realised i could have my ordinary sessions this way i quickly got on board with this as i find the talking therapy as well as relaxation most beneficial. i often fall asleep after the sessions as my body clearly needs that relaxation time. i've struggled with depression and anxiety for many years but hand on heart i have had a breakthrough since working with adele, my thought and behavioural patterns have shifted massively and i'm excited to see how much higher i can go. i started at a happiness scale of a 3 (0 being you want to be dead) and am now working towards being a 9 (10 being bouncing off the walls happy). it's a daily battle some days i revert back to old habits but i'm more aware of my thought process and can quickly pull myself around. i think i will continue to have maintainance sessions monthly as adele's support and sessions have been amazing. if you're sceptical about having hypnotherapy after seeing the silly for entertainment purposes shows (clucking like a chicken) please, please message or call adele as solution focused hypnotherapy works with your subconscious mind to retrain your brain to healthier thoughts and patterns and you are always aware of what's going on. best way to describe it is you know the really nice snuggly part of sleep where you are aware of what's going on but you're nodding off (the leg jerk stage) that's what being in 'trance' is like and you feel really refreshed after a session. don't delay get in touch with adele today and get your virtual sessions booked in all from.the comfort of your own home. lots of help with various conditions.
Adele is very reassuring, kind, patient, intuitive and professional. her positive, lovely demeanour and knowledge means each session really helps me to talk about life and feelings/anxieties/issues and then have some amazing relaxing hypnotherapy meditation, with her voice taking you on wonderful journeys, leaving you calm, reassured, lovely and positive. she's been amazing, helping me to deal with the emotion and difficulties of my daughter's major illness.
