I sought help for anxiety and past trauma issues and this process has really helped. i had a number of sessions and feel paul was able to effectively judge what was right for me. at the end of it, i feel stronger, more confident and at peace with my new found clarity. would certainly recommend and having been on medication in the past, this is a far better long term solution, with strategies i can continue to use if i feel i need to.

Paul is a joy to work with. helped my daughter massively by assisting her to overcome her fear of flying. for the first time in a long time she is excited about going on holiday rather than being anxious. paul has also helped me with hypnosis. his approach is unique, comforting, holistic and incredibly effective. i would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending paul and will definitely use him again in the future.
