Delicious food, generous portions, outstanding service, reasonably priced. One of the best Indian meals I’ve ever had. Was recommended by multiple people asked and can see why. Highly recommended!

Warm and welcoming staff. Food was fantastic. Naan was considerably sized and tasty. Table service was amazing. Everyone was happy to grab extra drinks and sides for us. Will definitely come again. Brilliant evening spent here!

The best of the best is the is place. I reckon I have been going to Akbars for around 20 years (ish) and to be honest, no where beats it. There slogan is…”King of curries” - I wouldn’t disagree with that in any way. An absolutely top, top notch curry in every way - testament to the owner who built all of it himself. It is truly outstanding in every aspect 🙏

I had a lovely meal with my husband. We both really enjoyed the great food. We had lots to eat and were very full afterwards. The portion size is very generous.
