What a lovely shop and staff. I've purchased many watches over the years with variable and sometimes questionable customer service. I have to say they were absolutely brilliant. Jade especially was very knowledgeable, totally attentive, without being pushy or making me feel pressured in any way. I'm always a bit nervous with any luxury purchase of being harassed or pressured but absolutely none of that in Berry's. ( Victoria Gate. I arrived late in the day after visiting other jewelers and i was in the shop after closing still deciding but no problems no pressure. I would definitely buy there again, as I did today. I even witnessed the manageress with the staff and her people's skills stood out a mile ensuring one staff member didn't miss her Bus and as a senior operations manager myself in a large service related business, I would offer her a job anytime or anyday of the week . I called up the Victoria Quarters branch and was immediately struck by the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Jade. I made an enquiry about a specific watch and was given all the information i needed to make an informed decision. I ordered the watch and had it delivered next day, very well packaged. I would have no hesitation in making our next purchase there before looking elsewhere. Thanks

Wonderful customer service from Denise on a recent visit to the Victoria Quarter store in Leeds. Very helpful when I went in, she then called me back with a price the following day, exactly when she said she would and when I then purchased the ring I tried on in store, Denise called a few hours later to advise it was on it’s way. Packaging on arrival was fabulous too. Would highly recommend.
