Diamond Heaven - Leeds Jewellers

We had an amazing experience at diamond heaven. we chose both an engagement ring and wedding band. we were amazed at how quickly they arrived. michelle was very attentive and made sure the process was smooth. she kept us updated and i couldn’t be happier!

We recently upgraded my wife's engagement ring for our 10 year anniversary. obviously there are tons of diamond ring shops in leeds, and online, and we made our way into a few of them, doing a bit of window shopping. we hovered outside diamond heaven for a few minutes, unsure as to the quality because they are relatively new, until mel popped out to ask if we needed a hand with anything, and from that point we knew we were getting a diamond from here. mel initially served us and couldn't have been lovelier. so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. as we progressed through the sale, and due to my wife's...particular!...idea of the perfect diamond, we were introduced to beth, who is amazing. so sweet, went out of her way to keep in touch throughout, managed to work out a fantastic deal for us, it was just an absolute pleasure to chat to her. and the actual diamond....wow. we opted for lab grown, and beth sourced us an absolutely flawless, beautifully cut, perfect stone, at a ridiculously good price. not sure how she managed it but we could not be more thankful to her for all her hard work. we've recommended diamond heaven, and both beth and mel, to friends and family, and my wife is a professional wedding cake baker and will be recommending this store to any couples still in need of bands etc. amazing store, amazing people, and amazing diamonds and pricing.

Went in to look at wedding rings after being let down by a previous jeweller. dani was so welcoming and helpful and was nlby far the nicest person we have come across whilst searching for my ring! she was not pushy at all and completely understood my need to think about it before jumping straight in and buying a ring. we did find the right ring here and am looking forward to picking it up. would recommend this place to anyone. great staff and more than reasonable prices compared to some of the other chain jewellers! thanks dani for making our experience feel special!

Brilliant from start to finish. the staff ( mel, elizabeth and sam) were amazing and extremely helpful and they helped me create the most perfect custom ring and they did the cheaper and quicker than any of the other 10 stores visited. try this place first when looking for jewellery you wont regret it.
