Very warm welcome from andrew at the door. we were offered a selection of drinks on arrival including prosecco! andrew showed us a variety of watches and took us through the details demonstrating a great knowledge. at no point did we feel pressured or intimidated. we made a purchase that was well thought out and right for us. thank you andrew and all the team at fraser hart!
