Middleton Leisure Centre

Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to. Only small but I prefer it that way, lovely staff members who are always happy and willing to help. Never too busy so can always get on the machines you’re after. Used to go to gym a few times a month, since this has opened I go 3/4 times a week I love it.

Nice new air conditioned gym. Modern machines and still all new & shiny. Large selection of cardio machines and resistance training machines, free weights area is quite small (only 3 benches) also there’s not many squat racks or deadlift areas. But for a council run gym it’s ok. Pure gym in Hunslet is about 4 times bigger. But Middleton gym is the nearest one and you can still have a good workout. Very clean and tidy, pretty quiet in the afternoons too.

Brilliant centre with great facilities, staff are awesome. Highly recommended.
