Body Work Therapies By Jo - (Mobile & Treatment Room based)

I have seen Jo a couple of times now and on each occasion I have left feeling amazing! I have had 2 pregnancy full body massages, some lymphatic drainage and reflexology and after the sessions, all the aches and pains have gone. She's literally been a god send and I look forward to have a post pregnancy massage very soon. Would highly, highly recommend if you're pregnant or not!!! Thank you Jo for working your magic ☺️ xxx

Jo absolutely blew me away! It was my first hot stone massage and I usually find it hard to switch off during massages. Jo made me feel so looked after and altered the pressure of the massage perfectly. The 30 mins felt so long and I will definitely be booking again. Could not recommend Jo enough.

I have experienced both a sports and a spiritual massage by Jo and absolutely loved both. For the sports massage Jo applied the necessary pressure and techniques to get rid of my lower back pain also offering exercises to strengthen my back. The spiritual massage was extremely relaxing, completely putting me in zen mode and I would like to highlight that Jo is extremely intuitive. Jo has a fantastic aptitude for healing, makes you feel at ease straight away with her warm and friendly personality - I can't recommend her highly enough.

Going to see Jo for a massage is just the most amazing experience. The room is always so perfectly set, the towels are always warm - her attention to detail from start to finish is absolutely amazing. I always book for a full body massage to relax and de-stress and Jo is so thorough in making sure everything is perfect and I am happy. Well what can I say...100% the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Not only is Jo a beautiful person but she has the hands of a Goddess. She is so experienced, knowledgeable and caring. She is able to literally transform your emotions and body in just the 1st session. I have re booked in already following some really stressful personal experiences and having a really tight neck and back. I hadn't slept properly for weeks and now I am sleeping so much better 🙏🏻💗
