Circle 8 Massage

I was a bit apprehensive at first receiving massage as i had only received one many years ago from a different provider and had found it disappointing. but i have to say the massage was great- i had ant and he seemed to know exactly where the sore spots in my back were. my back definitely felt much much better afterwards and he has also advised me on some stretches and strengthening exercises that i can do to improve things. thank you, and will definitely be coming again soon.

Had a great sports massage done by max. he adjusted the massage to suit my needs and also gave me advice on how to alleviate some pains on my own. also sent me stretches specific to injuries/problem areas i highlighted to do after. very pleased with the service and will definitely be back again.

The best massage i ever had (and i’ve had many, across the world) many thanks ant. i fully enjoyed the hour, amidst beautiful retro furniture and fixtures, and a lovely conversation with the expert ant. he also explained things to me about issues i had, and emailed me helpful information straight after my massage. thank you.

My first time having a sports massage. i went on the recommendation of a friend who regularly sings the praises of circle 8. having been for my first session yesterday i can see why. ant was superb from start to finish. very much out me at ease and really did help to loosen things off for me. 24 hours later i'm feeling the benefit. in addition ant was happy to show me some exercises to help keep things moving as they should do. all of this was followed up with a personalised email containing information on how to perform the exercises. all in all a 5 out of 5 experience.

Had a neck, back and shoulder massage from ant and immediately felt better and less tight in my upper back, even got some tips and video in an email to fix my bad desk posture 😂 badly needs it! ant was great, really welcoming and friendly. highly recommend!
