I found Adams Phones via Facebook marketplace and a brief chat over messenger confirmed the details of what I was after. On visiting them later that day I found them to be polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and the purchase was made at a very good price.

I had a crack on my Samsung Galaxy A71 screen so I took it here. The service was excellent and super friendly, they quoted me straight away giving me two options for repair - installing a more expensive original screen or cheaper screen from another manufacturer, I went with the original (I was personally happy to pay a bit more for original). My brother was also getting his phone fixed at the same time and they had them both done in an hour and a half. The repair is immaculate, and they even gave me a case for free! Would 100% recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adam is arguably the best phone retailer in Leeds. Services are top notch and all sales are warranted. Customer relationship is pleasant. I definitely recommend for people looking to do an outright purchase for any mobile

Sent my son to buy an iPhone XR as I was immobile at the time due to an operation , it was sold with a slight crack in the screen which my son was made aware of and it was also stated on the receipt. This phone was to be a gift. I contacted Adams phones and explained the situation. The gentleman couldn’t have been kinder and allowed me to exchange the phone and showed me nothing but respect.
