I found adams phones via facebook marketplace and a brief chat over messenger confirmed the details of what i was after. on visiting them later that day i found them to be polite and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and the purchase was made at a very good price.

I had a crack on my samsung galaxy a71 screen so i took it here. the service was excellent and super friendly, they quoted me straight away giving me two options for repair - installing a more expensive original screen or cheaper screen from another manufacturer, i went with the original (i was personally happy to pay a bit more for original). my brother was also getting his phone fixed at the same time and they had them both done in an hour and a half. the repair is immaculate, and they even gave me a case for free! would 100% recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adam is arguably the best phone retailer in leeds. services are top notch and all sales are warranted. customer relationship is pleasant. i definitely recommend for people looking to do an outright purchase for any mobile

Sent my son to buy an iphone xr as i was immobile at the time due to an operation , it was sold with a slight crack in the screen which my son was made aware of and it was also stated on the receipt. this phone was to be a gift. i contacted adams phones and explained the situation. the gentleman couldn’t have been kinder and allowed me to exchange the phone and showed me nothing but respect. wonderful customer service, i would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. thank you for your understanding adams phones .
