Would 100% recommend. Steven helped us out with 3 applications, 1 of those being a case of finding a lot of money very quickly to proceed which we wouldn’t have been able to figure out ourselves. We weren’t successful with that offer, so we were thrilled when we got an offer accepted this year to instruct Steven again. He steered us through the process with ease and made the whole thing very smooth. Very knowledgeable, always available when you need him and pleasant to work with.
