4 Sight Opticians

Went in on Christmas eve with glasses in pieces. The staff fixed them, replaced a screw, tightened everything and cleaned the glasses too. No charge. Brilliant service and staff. Much appreciated.

I have be going to 4 Sight opticians for a number of years now. I have never failed to be impressed by the calibre of the service I have received. The optician has that marvellous mixture of solid experience combined with an enthusiasm to maintain up to date knowledge. This knowledge base, combined with excellent communication skills and an unfailingly respectful approach is very heartening to experience. The counter staff have always been welcoming, helpful and patient.

During lockdown my 5year old daughter broke her glasses. I emailed them on Friday evening and as the Leeds store is not usually open on a Saturday I did not expect a response until at least Monday. On Saturday morning one of the amazing ladies from the opticians came to our home to collect the glasses. She took them to the store and replaced both arms on the glasses within an hour! I later checked my voicemails and she had previously called to say she was setting off from redcar (over an hour's drive). My daughter can only see about 5inches infront her without her glasses so we were both so very grateful. I have always received excellent service and support from 4sight but due to the timing I did expect some delay. Would like to thank everyone at the Leeds store and a very special thank you to the lady who came that day

The receptionist staff were absolutely lovely. Jen had my glasses fixed in minutes without cost - I really appreciated that because I needed them fixed urgently. Boots quoted me a price of 20 quid! Would come here again.
