My husband and I had our eye tests and we selected new glasses each.Nicole was so friendly and helpful assisting us with our selections We have been visiting this store for many years and always found the staff helpful and welcoming but Nicole stood out for her customer service Ten out of ten I do not normally post reviews but felt that she deserves a pat on the back.

The only person that gets the 5⭐️ is Aishah Siddiqah what a lovely lady and you should be very proud to have someone like her on your team she definitely goes the extra mile. However when I went to collect my new glasses she wasn’t obviously working this day today and the rest of the team aren’t quite as nice as Aishah. In fact very rude you could tell it was the end of the day.

They are very professional, kind and supportive. They helped us repair a sunglasses. Other opticians in the city centre refused to do.
