I contacted Tom as I suspected I had mice in my ground floor extension roof (could hear scratching/tapping noises). Tom did a thorough investigation; it turned out that I actually had a wasps nest! Call out charge was very reasonable, and treatment administered quickly. Tom himself was professional and friendly; we had a lovely chat while he was here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and would definitely use him again in future if the need ever arose!
