My consultation was amazing, Nicole was so lovely and friendly and I felt at great ease.

Nurses and staff are lovely. Patient coordinator is a little disconnected though and I would have expected her to be a bit more in touch - e.g. wishing luck with the surgery, checking in post op etc.

Every appointment I have with Donna, completely puts my mind at ease. Thank you Donna, you’ve made my experience so calm and I’ve never felt not supported xx
