Dave came out really quickly after we lost water supply on Sunday night. He identified a leak under our floorboards and did a brilliant job of fixing it whilst ensuring there was no damage to our flooring. Dave arrived within half an hour of my initial phone call and immediately set about diagnosing and solving the problem (a leaking radiator valve) in a calm and methodical manner, talking me through every step. He also gave me some additional advice on how best to update my plumbing system to make it more resilient to similar issues in future. The price seemed reasonably competitive given that this was an emergency callout on Easter weekend. I hope I won't need to use an emergency plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be giving Dave another call.
