Central Properties

Just signed for a house with Central Properties and they have been super efficient and really helpful, looking forward to moving in.

Just got a student house for next year with central properties. Their service was amazing, got us multiple viewings on the same day and secured us an amazing house the same day 👍🏼

Currently renting a property from central properties, since we started renting with them it’s been very smooth and easy, no stress at all. The whole team have been very helpful and understanding when needed and the house is lovely, so much so we’re staying another year!

Rented an apartment from Central Properties for approximately 18 months. I found them really helpful when moving in and responsive to any issues with the properly. Maintenance (including electrical issues, plumbing, boiler problems, replacing appliances) was dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. This included an electrician visiting the property within 24 hours of an issue being raised. The deposit also was retuned in full shortly after leaving with no issues. I found renting from central properties a positive experience. Grace was especially helpful and responsive to any queries! Thanks.
