Rented an apartment from central properties for approximately 18 months. i found them really helpful when moving in and responsive to any issues with the properly. maintenance (including electrical issues, plumbing, boiler problems, replacing appliances) was dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. this included an electrician visiting the property within 24 hours of an issue being raised. the deposit also was retuned in full shortly after leaving with no issues. i found renting from central properties a positive experience. grace was especially helpful and responsive to any queries! thanks.
