DHM Properties - Student & Professional Lettings

I rented a professional property for 2 years through Simon. The rent prices were really reasonable, any issues were dealt with quickly and we were extremely happy with everything over the time we were there. Deposits were returned promptly too. Best experience with a letting agent in my 6 years in Leeds.

Excellent landlord and properties used them for 2 years now. The entire team have always been so helpful regarding any maintenance etc. Could not recommend DHM enough. Thank you to Simon and the team for making our uni experience feel like home.

I rented with DHM during my final year at University.. and I wish I had found them earlier! Simon, the group in the office and the maintenance team are all extremely helpful and friendly. Their properties have lovely furnishing throughout and are very good value in the current renting climate. Would (and have) recommended to others! :)

If all landlords were like Simon then this world would be a much better place. Having worked with a bunch of estate agents, we can happily say that the DHM crew has qualities that distinguish them from everyone else. If you're trying to find real professionals to trust, DHM is the agency to go!

I had been with DHM properties for two years out of 3 for my university course. I couldn’t recommend the company more. Extremely reliable, Simon and his team were nothing but amazing to me and my house mates, when ever there was a problem it would be solved instantly within the day. They really really looked after us and made my university experience! We had a fantastic 2 years in DHM properties and couldn’t thank Simon and the company more for looking after us so well and giving us such lovely homes!
