It took me a long time to find the courage to finally seek help and talk to someone. My experience of Start Recovery has been absolutely incredible and it has formed the corner stone of my own personal recovery. When I first came to see Mark I was in a really bad way. Having suffered several spectacular relapses I just didn’t know what, if anything would work to help me live the life that I wanted to, but couldn’t seem to manage. Marks knowledge and experience made him very easy to connect with straight away and it really felt that he knew where I was at. He is very easy to talk to and by sharing some of his own experiences and with his guidance it has enabled me to start down the path of my own choosing.
