Really impressed with my whole experience with McCarthy’s. The response to my original quote was great with a friendly and helpful team getting in touch. The service was fantastic and the removal on moving day was excellent. The team were all friendly, helpful and very flexible. I am really impressed with McCathy’s and would highly recommend to anyone in the future.

McCarthy’s have seen us through some really difficult times. Whenever I encountered a problem they have calmly reassured me and provided a sensible solution. The staff are all calm, considered and thoughtful. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing support and superb service they’ve provided over our complex and difficult moving process. Every single member of staff I’ve dealt with have been absolutely lovely - even my usually grumpy husband agrees with me on this one! Thank you so very much for the support you’ve given to us over the last difficult 18 months.

I have now used McCarthy's removal company twice, and I have to say, the service has been consistently brilliant both times. Most recently,Tony who has done both the quotes, and this time Simon and Gareth helped me with my move and they were absolutely fantastic. They arrived early and were both incredibly professional and friendly. Throughout the entire process, they were efficient, careful, and attentive to detail, making sure that all my belongings were handled with the utmost care. What really stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. They were both very approachable and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. They even went the extra mile to offer suggestions and advice to make my move smoother. I cannot recommend McCarthy's highly enough. They have truly exceeded my expectations both times I have used them. Dave and Matt were extremely professional, friendly and punctual when they arrived and I then had immediate confidence in both of them. They made what could have been a stressful and challenging day alot brighter with their positive, supportive and can do attitudes. The care and attention they gave to my furniture and belongings was excellent and their communication first class. I would like to thank them both very much and the office team for making my house move go without a hitch and would 100% recommend them and McCarthys for any future removals.

I had a video appointment with Tony, the surveyor, to get a quote for our house move back in August 2022. He was friendly, clear and very helpful with any question that I had as I've not used this service before. We went through the process of house purchase twice (for different houses) with a few unexpectedly long delays. However, Tony consistently sent follow-up email every month to check how things were going, and he swiftly sorted out our change of destination address/change of plan. We finally did our move with Dave & Mick today. Both were really really good, friendly and professional. They arrived early, got everything set up, carpet protectors laid, blankets on the big furniture. We're very pleased with how efficient they both were, especially given we had a few furniture that need dismantling and re-assembling. No furniture were scratched, all units that were dismantled were put together perfectly. They took instructions really well, such as where to place the item in the destination. We're very pleased with the service, and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
