Our installer (graham) was very good and took the time to think through the best product fit for our home. great, easy to use alarm also.

Would absolutely recommend 365 total security!!! from first contact with graham, then a call out from steve, through to installation with jake - they were all brilliant. very reasonable pricing, no sales pressure and work complete within a week of the quote. we had a new alarm fitted by jake who was absolutely great, a real credit to the team. he turned up on time, was very polite, professional, cleaned up after himself and did a really neat job. very pleased. i will definitely continue to use them for annual services. thank you.

Responsive and good availability when i reached out. the engineer came on site to look at a door entry system which we had no info for, he sussed it out and managed to repair it quickly. reasonable call out fee, we would definitely use them again.
