Ordered two key paired ABS locks and 3 additional keys for my business premises. These arrived in two days, excellent service. I was so impressed I have just purchased some more ABS locks for my home. Highly recommended.....🙂🙂

Really helpful people (both on the phone and in store) when i had some basic newbie questions. They sorted me out with some high security door locks. You do pay more but they are the kind of locks your insurance co/parents told you about. I mean, look at the key! Although i do love a local DIY shop, their locks really are the cheapest ones and i wouldn't buy again. I'm pretty sure they are a local (not national chain) company too.

Great customer service :-) Had a few questions - they got back to me straight away, really helpful. Careful of their website, I got a duplicate order and you don't get the (very expensive) postage refunded 🥺

Considering I only spent £50 with these lovely people they really did go the extra mile to make me a happy customer. I couldn’t see what I needed on their web shop so I phoned them up to ask. They could get the lock I needed and added it to their shop that night so I could order it ! Turned up in no time. Thanks so much!!!
