Ordered two key paired abs locks and 3 additional keys for my business premises. these arrived in two days, excellent service. i was so impressed i have just purchased some more abs locks for my home. highly recommended.....🙂🙂
Really helpful people (both on the phone and in store) when i had some basic newbie questions. they sorted me out with some high security door locks. you do pay more but they are the kind of locks your insurance co/parents told you about. i mean, look at the key! although i do love a local diy shop, their locks really are the cheapest ones and i wouldn't buy again. i'm pretty sure they are a local (not national chain) company too.
Great customer service :-) had a few questions - they got back to me straight away, really helpful. careful of their website, i got a duplicate order and you don't get the (very expensive) postage refunded 🥺
Considering i only spent £50 with these lovely people they really did go the extra mile to make me a happy customer. i couldn’t see what i needed on their web shop so i phoned them up to ask. they could get the lock i needed and added it to their shop that night so i could order it ! turned up in no time. thanks so much!!!
