Up & Running Leeds City Centre

I went here looking for a pair of running shoes with very little knowledge of what I needed. The staff were all so helpful and even when the shop was busy I didn't feel like I was being ignored. The gait analysis was very helpful as well as it helped me understand what I can do to correct it alongside wearing the right shoes.

Came for training shoes for the walking marathon. Great choice on offer, and the shop assistant was incredibly knowledgeable. She even gave me advice on foot care and stretching to avoid post-walk injury. I was so impressed I brought my walking buddy along to see the same person to sort out her own trainers.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, willing to really spend time to make sure you get the product you're most satisfied with. Gait analysis was great and helps inform you about how you run so that you can get the most appropriate gear. I had ankle pain in my previous running shoes, the new ones I bought here have proven a dream to run in.

Surely the nicest and most knowledgeable staff out there! Popped in to browse, had my uncomfortable new trail shoes fixed with a cunning re-lacing, a gait analysis because they worked out a change in exercise habits might have fixed my over pronation, and came out with a new model of asphalt running shoes that could be the most comfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet!
