Staff are nice and helpful, but before u reserve a room make sure u know of the hidden mandatory insurance fee. When I made the reservation I was only quoted the weekly room price, and only when I did the paperwork in person I was told about the insurance fee of £5 a week.

Perfect self storage site that I would recommend to everyone. Nice and friendly staff. Highly efficient service. Clean environment. Self storage has never been that simple.

The personal care Marianne from Leeds provided was second to none. Even though I needed a short term lease for a small space, she put the same effort in as if I was going for a large unit for a long time. I really appreciate that, don't really get that for the small guys. So thank you.
