I’ve been coming here for a few years. the best thai restaurant in city centre for sure. my favourite dishes are green curry and hainanese chicken rice! it’s pretty crowded even on weekdays. the price is reasonable :)
My go-to thai restaurant in leeds. i tend to avoid a prime time as it can be noisy. the food is authentic and cheap. too many dishes to recommend because they’re so delicious. the service is nice too (if you avoid busy hours during 6-8 pm) my favorite dish is papaya salad with grilled chicken and pork ribs
It’s a very good thai restaurant, i already have went to a lot of times. the foods are amazing, my favorite was pork leg rice and thai milk tea❤️ my singapore friend said that 海南chicken is very similar to the ones from singapore as well😊 you don’t have to worry,if you are vegetarian, cause they serve food you too! (for example change meat to tofu) i recommend you go to thai a roy dee for lunch, rather than for dinner. because last november i went for celebrating my birthday in evening, we ordered many food, they are all very delicious but the environment wasn’t good enough. the restaurant is not super huge, each table and chairs were close to each other, the echoes of people chatting was terrible 🥲 by the way, if you want to make reservations, you have to pay deposit 5 pounds for each person.
I went to thai a roy dee with my wife for lunch in leeds today. we ordered two lunch sets - one was the pork satay skewers with minced meat rice, and the second one was deep-fried pork ribs with pad thai. we also ordered a thai-style raw shrimp on the side. the pork satay skewers were delicious, cooked perfectly without being dry, although the sauce was average. the minced meat rice was flavorful but slightly salty. the deep-fried pork ribs were fragrant and crispy, and the pad thai was authentic and tasty. the thai-style raw shrimp was excellent, and the shrimp meat was fresh. it was accompanied by a delicious sweet and spicy sauce. it's hard to find thai-style raw shrimp that tastes so good in the uk, so i highly recommend it.
