TUI Holiday Store

Went to the store on Sunday. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They had all the information that I needed and was very helpful. We booked the holiday on Tuesday by phone. Was never under pressure to book a holiday. Can't thank the people in the store enough. Would highly recommend this store.

Kasia booked mine and my boyfriends holiday for us over the weekend and she was absolutely fantastic. So helpful showing us different hotels and telling us what were around them etc to fit what we were looking for in our holiday. Definitely recommend and would always book here. Thankyou!

Lovely atmosphere, i think her name was clarissa or carissa and she was an absolute unit. Great personality, helpful all in all 10/10 she was amazing and helped me book my first flight package with my mum for my 18th birthday. ❤️❤️❤️

Just wanted to give a shout out to Shelley at the Lands Lane store in Leeds. She went above and beyond last week to help us sort out some questions and worries we had about out booking. We came in with one query and came out with answers to things we hadn't even thought about! She was also really lovely and friendly, and never made us feel like we were being an inconvenience- thank you!!!

Lovely new store, everyone is so welcoming. Amazing service as always from Eletia who has been helping book my holidays for years. Her knowledge and expertise has never failed and we've always had brilliant experiences. I'm sure our next will be just as amazing!
