Sian Chaplin Events

Sian is a an absolute top-tier wedding planner and we cannot recommend her enough. We planned our wedding from thousands of miles away from the venue, rescheduled during COVID, and were at times slow at replying to emails. Sian excelled in spite of all of these challenges. Sian caught onto our taste very quickly and every recommendation for all vendors was phenomenal and perfectly aligned with what we wanted (this is saying a lot given we had quite a defined vision and were a bit particular!). Sian is exceptionally organized. She provided us with the structure and tools to keep tabs on everything going on throughout the whole planning process. This was extremely helpful as we could jump right back in after months away from wedding-related tasks. Sian cares deeply about her couples and is always willing to go the extra mile. She takes time out of her schedule to do site visits and she builds respectful and trusting relationships with vendors, which helps to create a very amicable and collaborative atmosphere on the day. Sian made the wedding day feel absolutely effortless for us. In the midst of being stressed and overwhelmed on your big day, Sian is a calming, organized, level-headed, and caring presence that makes you know everything will be okay. Any small problems which arose on our wedding day were taken care of by Sian, swiftly and quietly (we never even realized they occurred). I wish I could have Sian plan every event for the rest of my life!

Sian was amazing! Everyone needs Siân to coordinate their wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always so organised, so prepared and so professional and it that it made me feel so much more relaxed in the lead up to the wedding. I always knew Siân was on it, and she was always only ever a phone call, email or message away which was great and very reassuring. On the day everything ran perfectly which was completely down to Siân. We were free to enjoy our special day. I cannot sing Sian’s praises highly enough she’s fantastic at her job and a lovely person to get to know!

We’re in the middle of planning our wedding, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without Sian! We hired Sian as an on the day co-ordinator, thinking that we would be able to plan the wedding ourselves. We definitely took on more than we expected to, and having Sian there as a sounding board, providing recommendations for suppliers, and generally giving us piece of mind through her wedding planning essentials one-hour sessions. We’re so grateful to Sian for everything she has helped us with already, and have full confidence that our wedding will be wonderful in a large part thanks to her support.

We hired Sian for her on the day coordination service and she was absolutely fantastic. She knew and understood my vision from our first meeting, and I knew I could give my full trust to bring it all to life on the day. She made sure everything happened as I'd hoped and the day was just perfect. The other suppliers on the day commented on how great it was to have her coordinating. I'm sure there were plenty of things she came across or questions that needed answering - but they never got to me as I was able to fully enjoy the day and being the bride after the months of planning! I would recommend Sian to anyone getting married as an essential part of your day! If only we could do it all again!!!

Sian was an absolute blessing to Billie and I who got married in the small village of August at the start of June. From the moment we contacted Sian to be our event coordinator she was a source of support, guidance and knowledge. From recommending suppliers to telling us we were on track when it all got a bit much, Sian went miles beyond what we expected and we're incredibly grateful. On the day, Sian made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. Hosting a marquee wedding in a family field meant we had to do everything ourselves. Sian seamlessly coordinated all the suppliers, dealt with issues when they arose, and still found time to make sure we were having the best day. We can't recommend Sian enough!
