We've been using Leicester Air Con for the last four years and we've always had great service from them. The guys who do the installation and service are always really friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately I am having to write a negative review whilst the business is going through a tough period. I rang them last week, as I have several health issues one of which means I need Aircon to stay safe. I have a portable unit thankfully, so I was able to control the temps inside the house to an extent, but this is costing an exorbitant amount and it's not that effective. When I rang, the business assured me I'd get a quote the next day. I emailed them a floor plan of my property as well as offered to do a Facetime call with them if they needed to see in video. Basic quote for a split unit for one bedroom, and a 2nd quote for a multisplit unit for 2 bedrooms, all very easy stuff, could be done in half a day at most - I am a competent DIYer just unfortunately don't have a vacuum pump or the ability to deal with it right now, otherwise I would tackle the job myself, so I know it's doable. Anyway, get an email from Marie saying Paul will ring me the next day. Paul happens to be the owner. I get no response, so naturally knowing this is a busy period for AC installers, I wait a week. Email them a week later (yesterday) to chase. Paul finally responds, to tell me he won't provide a quote because the company is too busy, and the situation is made worse as he had to fire two engineers who stole from his business. He says he's recruiting but it takes time. Totally understandable, but could've let me know sooner, and I wouldn't know at all if I didn't chase. If he just responded timely, this review might be a positive one. It's a massive pity that there are dishonest people willing to steal from a business, I feel for Paul, but the fact is, you promised to quote and you've let me down, you didn't deliver what was promised everywhere on your website and on the phone call to Marie. So you earn 1-star. I hope the people who stole from you get what they deserve and you get justice and I hope you also learn to treat customers seriously by committing to what's been agreed. I counted on you to do what you said you would, and you've let me down, at a time when I most needed, and for health reasons. What a pity.

Took the time to understand what we wanted, and our concerns around the aesthetics in the house. Fast turn around from order to install; installers turned up when they said they would; very polite and were pretty clean and tidy. Nathan was exceptionally good at minimising mess and clearing the areas. We've had 4 units fitted across 12 months - very happy. If you want to schedule the units, go for the Wifi enabled options. Office staff friendly and responsive.

An excellent service from start to finish Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. The installation was faultless. My home has an unusual construction and they listened to me and worked with me to ensure no problems were encountered

I searched a few different companies locally in Leicester for quotes. Leicester Aircon was definately the cheapest on like to like installed models. Mark was very good at explaining options available and what would best suit the house / Budget. They were obviously busy given demand for the service must be high with climate changes over the last few years. But booked me in within about 6-8 weeks. They arrived on time and did a very neat job. Very happy with the value and service overall. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hassle free experience. Asif
