Baker St Cakes

Delicious assortment of cakes and patisseries. Flavours are true to their origins. Their Christmas afternoon tea patisseries were 5*. The santa hat, the mint and caramel cake and tarts were mouthwatering. Their macarons are light with the perfect crunch and taste. Disappointments I have experienced are the sandwiches in the afternoon tea. They were very simple. With this being a halal cafe, I would hope for more than one mini chicken/meat sandwich. I haven't tried their speciality hot drinks (lattes and coffees) but my friend hasn't been keen on the ones she has had though they look very pretty. The atmosphere is warm. The English lady with a headscarf is extremely friendly and always smiling, very welcoming whenever I go inside.

📍 @bakerstcakes passed through Leicester on our UK trip to pick up some of the cakes from here. The salted caramel tart and white chocolate and pistachio cake were both phenomenal. Well worth the slight detour!

Absolutely stunning place. This is our wedding visit and both times the food and the service has been exceptional. Our waitress Esme couldn't have been more helpful. This will be a new favourite spot for us for sure.

We booked Baker St cakes for our sons First Birthday and Christening party. The cake and service we received were amazing and we had so many compliments for the cake, how it looked and how it tasted! We dealt with Nailah and her communication and understanding of what we wanted was brilliant. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again.
