Mr Sweep Stove Installer & Chimney Sweep

Mitch has done a great job of installing our new stove. Very thorough and good quality service and punctual as well. Highly recommended!

We had Mitch (Mr Sweep) install our free standing stove (no fireplace), through a fibreglass roof. His initial replies, when enquiring about the job were reliable and informative. They also included a quick, reasonable quote. He turned up on the day, on time and was finished within the day. We could not have been happier with the final look, he gave us exactly what we were hoping for. While carrying out the work, Mitch was friendly and professional. We would DEFINITELY recommend him. His whole customer service, practical work and professionalism was PERFECT!

Mitch installed a stove we had already purchased from a fireplace shop. He is extremely knowledgeable in the world of chimneys and stove installation and nothing was a problem to him from installing the flue to construction of the registry plate. There was no trace that he had even been except for a fully functioning stove with all the necessary certification. I would highly recommend Mr Sweep.

Mitch arrived very promptly with his son. Both started working installing a new flue for my stove. They were ace and funnily enough another company were installing a stove up the road and honestly Mitch and his son put them to shame.. took care not only to the property but also to themselves wearing the correct PPE (unlike the other company). I honestly cant fault them in anyway and would highly recommend them to anyone. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Both !

Mitch has recently installed a fantastic multifuel stove for us. He initially gave us a full breakdown of costs and options, answered any questions we had and advised us about suitable stoves for our needs. When it was time for the installation, he was on time, professional and friendly, and kept his work area tidy. We would highly recommend Mitch 👍 I was going to wait until the plasterer had been to take a photo of the fireplace and leave a review, but the fire looks so lovely today, I didn't want to wait any longer, so please disregard that part of the photo.
