Beautiful 1000 year old building. defiantly worth a visit even if for just the history.
For the first time in my life i feel safe to go to church. as an lgbtq+ person i will treasure this for the rest of my life.
Cannot find the words to describe this place. beautiful organ music and amazing choir. when you hear something that perfect you know it's inspired by god. and all free of charge. masterpiece.
I visited st nicholas church a few months back and had a serene and beautiful time. the church is a bit difficult to access in terms of location - it's central, but the lights are a bit of a pain - but once you're there it's so so worth it. it's a stunning piece of architecture. the inside is festooned with all manner of flags, from lesbian to bear to trans, and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming. i highly recommend dropping by st nick's, especially if you're queer, because the energy and beauty is unparalelled.
