We went here to get a coat. i spent more than i wanted to but it was a lovely coat. staff very helpful. returned within 5 min, no problems. expected %25 discount online. went back next day and accepted 10% student discount.
I do really like new look clothes, however they don't stock enough in store for tall people. if your petite or normal size there are dedicated areas but if your tall you take pot luck in finding what you want in store and have to order online.
One of my go to places for buying clothes, but often have a better selection and better discounts online. a couple of months ago, i came to return an order purchased online via paypal and was told by a member of staff that i was unable to do this and would have to return it at the post office. i left and after looking on the new look website i found that you in fact are able to return orders purchased via paypal in store, so went back in and spoke to a different member of staff that processed the return for me with no issues at all. it seems that not all staff members are on the same page and could do with some additional training to avoid spreading false information.
