Encol Computer Centre - Computer / Mac/ Laptop Repairs

Wow, what efficient service! I brought in a broken laptop late Tuesday and they tested it, ordered a replacement battery (only after calling me to confirm I was happy with the price of it) and all fixed up by Friday. The staff certainly know their business and were so helpful, also they did not charge anything extra or introduce hidden fees. I hope I have no more technical issues in the future, but I know where to do if I do!

Top service, very professional and knowledgeable staff that you can trust. I brought my laptop with a broken screen It was like new, and had just run out of warranty. Encol staff did everything possible to fix it and thanks to their thorough report inspection the insurance agreed to pay for a new one. The pricing was really good and honest. Exceptional experience at Encol Computer Centre. After a serious water damage on my MacBook Air, the team did a wonderful job and I'm currently writing this review from a fully functioning machine! Great communication, punctuality, reliability and FAIR PRICE! I certainly recommend this centre.

Best service I have ever seen. I can make comments about technician, this point is for technician. He is incredible. He must be from around china or somewhere near China. He saved my datas, seagate told me they charge me 600 pounds but he saved my lost datas from damaged disk with acceptable price and he also explained me the problem on my disk. He is the BEST.

Had the keyboard of my laptop replaced here. I was explained well my options and the service was professional. The job was done well and the price was honest.
