They've been brilliant. i changed over to zms cause my original solicitor was a nightmare & could never get hold of anyone. these have been really good, had quick responses with jo lang as my point of contact and my barrister ms bakshi worked her magic & got what started as a recommendation of 8 years down to a suspended sentence! 100% would always use these in future.
5* service from a fantastic law firm. i initially met ellie, who was very lovely and she explained the process to me, and who i would be liaising with going forward. i then dealt with radhika and shriya until the end. i have to say the service which i have received from the team has been fantastic and i couldn’t have asked for better. the communication has been better than expected, with regular updates and checkins from both radhika and shriya. i was struggling a little, shriya, went above and beyond by clearing her diary so they she could be there with me at court to ensure i was ok. this is something that wasn’t expected but helped me immensely and i cannot thank her enough for doing this. zms and the team come highly recommended with their professionalism, empathy and compassion. i cannot thank them enough.
