5* service from a fantastic law firm. I initially met Ellie, who was very lovely and she explained the process to me, and who I would be liaising with going forward. I then dealt with Radhika and Shriya until the end. I have to say the service which I have received from the team has been fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for better. The communication has been better than expected, with regular updates and checkins from both Radhika and Shriya. I was struggling a little, Shriya, went above and beyond by clearing her diary so they she could be there with me at court to ensure I was ok. This is something that wasn’t expected but helped me immensely and I cannot thank her enough for doing this.
