Dishwasher was leaking, called and spoke to Sonia in the office who was great and organised everything, next morning Sonny was round and everything was fixed by lunch time. Really friendly and knowledgeable, quite clearly someone with a huge amount of experience. I would certainly recommend and will be the first call I make next time I need any repairs.

Excellent service provided by Busy Bee team today for a broken washing machine. Called at 1100, all fixed by 1400. Superb service by Sonia accomodating my time frames, and polite and thorough service by Sonny. Cannot recommend more highly

Sunny has been twice now for 2 different appliances (cooker and tumble dryer) and fixed both instantly. He's very professional and prompt. As we rent flats Busy Bee Repairs will be invaluable to us in the future. Definitely recommend.

Broken oven and found this company through Google search. Sonia in the office made contact quickly; professional, friendly and appointment made quickly. Sonny was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and quickly worked out the broken part but also why it had failed. I was expecting him to leave and return after ordering parts, however he luckily had what was needed in his van and everything sorted in one visit! Very friendly and highly recommend him.

My Parent’s oven stopped working on Sunday. I googled oven repair business's & Busy Bee Repairs came up. I checked their rating & read the reviews & decided to ring them as all reviews and ratings were good. I spoke to Sonia who was very professional, polite & friendly. She called me back to confirm when she said she would & then rang me to confirm the gentleman's name who was attending repair was called Sonny & roughly what time he would arrive. Sure enough, he arrived on time & within half hour, diagnosed the problem, got new part from the van and fitted new part. Was brilliant especially because I thought we would have to wait for new part to be ordered. Sonny also explained everything to me what he was doing. The customer service we received was outstanding, efficient & professional. Could not believe how quickly he resolved the issue. Totally recommend .
