Incredibly friendly and responsive service throughout despite us raising many informal questions. There was one episode towards the end where certain forms were required with signatures which we felt could have been anticipated during our many calls to the office (specifically asking whether we needed to go in to sign anything), but a workaround was found for this. Overall, comparing this to our last experience when we moved house, it was night and day. We’d use this service again for sure.

Julekha and Sarrina made the purchase of my first home so easy. They were very clear when advising me what was needed and they chased the other party for a quick and stress free purchase. Bray and Bray solicitors was really helpful with the purchase of our house, our solicitor who dealt with us was Julekha Nathani. Julekha was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had she also helped us getting our deposit back what we had gave the estate agents, Julekha didn't give up even though they was being very stubborn with how we was getting it back she worked very hard for us and was very Persistent.
