Abi was a lovely friendly face when we viewed a property a couple of months ago... She has since kept in touch via emails and phone calls, and has been a godsend for keeping us up to date with our purchase. She has never made us feel like we are a nuisance (and I know I can be!). Fingers crossed that she can keep things going smoothly as we approach completion!

She was very helpful during the conversation and when she attended the property was soon greeted by my four children.
