firstly. i chose this funeral parlour solely from their response to my email. my brother was an expected death so i had time to organise. i emailed all the funeral homes in the area and i went with ac james & son from the sincere response to my enquiry, i wasnt another number or paycheck i was a human who was going through an awful time i do not regret the decision. a warm, caring gentlemen who i can not give a bad word too thankyou for making it so easy and thankyou for even dropping all the flower arrangements back to our home after. kind regards x
