Absolutely amazing service. We came initially to look at a few sofas and then went back a few weeks later and sort out Latha specifically because of how fantastic she treated us the previous time. We had to bring the children as well and she made them feel at home.

I would definitely use Furniture Village again. The Sales Person, Faisal Qureshi, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He advised us to check our measurements to make sure Sofa would fit, which we did. Gave us time to decide, no pushy sales talk! Talked us through the paperwork before we signed. Advised us of the different credit payback options to pay for the furniture. Faisal advised when furniture would be delivered. We then got a phone call to say the furniture could be delivered sooner. Furniture was delivered in two weeks. Really happy with our Sofa. Fantastic value for money.

service was excellent. Latha served myself and my husband during our visit and took all our suggestions into consideration. she also made sure that all the available options for purchasing with okay with us due to us not 100% being sure with our new place. she made us feel reassured.

Adnan Ali was super helpful and efficient. He helped put my boyfriend's sofa in his car. He was really helpful explaining the insurance and just all the various products. The store also has really nice oatmeal cookies and tea.
