Great garage door but poor installation. had my door fitted 2/3 weeks ago but installers made a right mess of my fence post at the side of my garage. the excuse was that the bolts were rusty, i disagree with this, as the fence was only fitted about 18 months ago and the bolts were inside the garage. in reality, i think they had incorrect equipment. i raised my concerns with the company and they reluctantly agreed for someone to come and fix the damage. the first time the fitter came with bolts that were too small. we rearranged for him to visit again and he has failed to arrive or contact us further. payment is taken in full prior to installation, which upon reflection is not good practice. most companies would take deposits and final payment upon satisfactory completion. i would not recommend this company.
