Bluebird Care Leicester

Since Alex has been coming to assist my son who has special needs, the service has been excellent. However we haven’t had appropriate support and full service before. Let’s hope some improvement will be provided once it is safe to continue the service.

I work in Bluebird care Leicester Hinckley road since 2019 October. It is very friendly and helpful staff. Very polite and organised. Lovely managers and coordinators. Strugly recommended.

I have been at Bluebird Care for about 6 to 7 years and I have had a great experience. Therefore i would recommend the care company. For example the cares help me have a shower and a wash in the morning and evening. Not only do they help me with personal care we have a chat and laugh as well, which will improve your day and health. So i would recommend the care agency.

We have been using Bluebird Care for the past four years to provide care and support to my disabled mum which then means my dad gets some respite. The service has been reliable, friendly and flexible meeting all of mum's needs. When something doesn't work also management listen which is so important to us as a family.

I have many issues with my health but I'm a 50 year old + ! And also on the autism spectrum and have a son at home also autisic.. my son usually shy even though not working with him he was well impressed how she approached him coming in and cought us both of guard! He said are home will be nice to invite friends in again! First time the manager came in the way things went was well! They brought my support worker/carer no uniform has requested and they started my first 3 hours. I helped clean we had a chat went shopping I am well impressed even taught the support worker how to use my car. I am well impressed with bluebird care and hope the can help me has long has they allowed. Deffently would not change them. And they pritty much just started. I would recommend this service to people who have health and or autism 😉
