Shelly is a wonderful Hypnotherapist who has helped me a great deal. When I first came too her I wasn’t really sure how she would be able to help me but I was open minded. She was kind sensitive and warm and I felt at ease straight away. For me all my sessions with her have really helped me recover and feel better and become a stronger person.
