It might not have been the prettiest plate of food I've eaten but I could not fault the taste. My steak was cooked to absolute rare perfection, one of the best I can remember! The dolcelate sauce was heavenly and I ate more of the potato wedges than I probably should trying to mop it all up! The staff were friendly and helpful, on hand for anything we needed without hovering. If I had to criticise anything, it would be the lack of a side plate for the very generous (everything about the portions was generous) salad that came with the meal. Can't believe I hadn't found this place before, will definitely be returning!

We booked a table for early on a Wednesday evening and found we were the only diners in a large restaurant. As a consequence the general atmosphere wasn't wonderful. The quality of the food and service made up for it,however. Located in the centre of Leicester with reasonable on street parking close by.

Absolutely fantastic. Great friendly service and the food was the best we have eaten in a restaurant for a long time. Will definitely be back.

Visited on the weekend based on reviews. A really pleasant experience only slight let down was the inedible lamb chops that were served as part of the mixed grill.Thankfully the portion size was generous enough that we were still full and once we pointed it out, swift action was taken to put things right. The karaoke lent a really nice atmosphere, and the service staff was top-notch, professional. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Had the set summer menu as it was a leaving do. Food was nice though I'm not sure i would have served salad with the lamb. Karaoke was a laugh and everyone sang along. Only down fall of the evening, was if paying by card for drinks at the bar, the minimum spend was £20. Take cash with you.
