Lovely customer service and extremely friendly, provided amazing service. a big thank you to jackie, nasrin and also another lovely lady who’s name unfortunately can’t remember. all happy smiles!!! :) definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else who is looking for a gift or any sort of purchase.

Fantastic service shop was lovely and clean and they are operating a system whereby you are invited in, sat down and a team member looks after your needs. really love this way of dealing with customers, makes you feel special. was very fortunate to be served by dominic who was just amazing. dominic was very knowledgeable about all products, i was looking for a watch for my partner. dominic asked appropriate questions, fully explained each watch that i wanted to look at and was patient, hospitable, professional and genuine. ended up buying a watch which suits my partner perfectly. was so pleased, i also went back and bought a watch for myself too - again from dominic. i did notice that the quality of the diamonds on sale were excellent but none shone as brightly as dominic - mr star quality. i hope that his employers recognise his talents. brilliant experience. thank you dominic.

My husband and i been looking around in the jewellery shop in high cross today 23rd november 22 for wedding gift and had no joy .final stop was in beaverbrooks . they were very busy at the when we walked in. nice gentleman walked 2ward us and apologized couple of times as there were not enough staff . which was nice he acknowledged customers . nice lady came and served us with smile start to end . she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. we ended buying gift. shame didn't get both names . finally when she went to finish transection and there was technical problems both staff came again and apologised for waiting and offered us coffee. that what i call service. we will be shopping again there ... well done . loved your service and your products . excellent selection 👌 👏 👍
