I meet Liz just over 2 weeks ago and Iv made a fried for life what a lovely lady. Liz is very professional and really knows her stuff. I visited Liz for a lymphatic drainage after tummy surgery and the results are amazing after just 6 sessions, I will continue with theses for many more months. Xx

I have just got home after having the most incredible and relaxing Indian head massage with Liz. I was feeling a bit anxious when I arrived and she soon had me relaxing and enjoying the massage. Beautiful therapy room, safe and hygienic and the lotion used was amazing. I feel on top of the world and I will definitely be a regular now, I cannot recommend enough. I am 23 weeks pregnant and had my first pregnancy massage with Liz today which I had booked after reading some of the wonderful reviews here. It was SO relaxing I really cannot recommend it highly enough. She created a spa- like feel with the music and the lovely scented lotion. I was comfortable throughout the whole massage and completely relaxed. I’m hoping to book in again another few times before giving birth! Thank you Liz!
