Just came from the sports massage done by Pam. She is sooo good! I could feel the stiffness relieved out of my body. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve had quite a few sports massage’s and Pam comes out on top by far! She’s absolutely lovely and genuinely cares. The laser treatment is great and you can feel it while it is working, and Pam’s trigger point technique is amazing. Definitely recommend and will be definitely going back for any other issues I have.

Good bles this woman. I had a lower back pain for the last 3 weeks, the Gp and EA only offer me painkillers which never worked, but after chatting with one of my Gp doctors, he recommened me to see this physio. She uses a vert advance technique which consists to use a lasser machine that goes all over the pain sides and relief 70-80% of the pain. After that, one of her workers does an amazing deep tissue massage which leave you like a new born. I defo recommend this place to anyone👍🏾

I highly recommend this place. Pam was the masseuse i had, she is the owner. I went for the laser treatment and a back and neck and shoulder massage. One thing I can say is you can actually feel all the knots be kneaded out of you. You will leave there feel8ng absolutely revitalised.

Highly recommend Max and this place in general. Extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain each procedure and what it was meant to help alleviate.
