Really happy with my purchase went in on a saturday and it felt great not being followed round being pressured to buy anything when i asked about an item he was only to happy to help he asked when i would like delivery and it was delivered promptly i will definitely be returning to this store 🙂

Absolutely fantastic service. purchased a mattress that we measured incorrectly. the shop were helpful, picked up the wrong mattress and delivered the new one all free of charge. can't get any better than the service we have experienced. we will be back without hesitation!

Recently purchased two chairs ,footstools and double bed with matress. great service from paul, good communication throughout the ordering process and delivery drivers polite and courteous . recommend bed city without hesitation.

Friendly and helpful staff. love my new bed and it's so comfy. they delivered my new bed to my house and picked up my old bed which was very much appreciated and the delivery staff were also friendly and very helpful. definitely would recommend bed city in leicester to everyone
