Christopher was very attentive to our needs answering all our questions. he was professional in his manner and knowledgeable about the products.
It has been an amazing experience buying a new mattress in the store. khushali has been amazing and attentive. she greeted us as we entered, she was polite, courteous and friendly. she kindly suggested and guided us to use the sleepmatch in the store which assisted us in choosing the right mattress. khushali was immensely knowledgeable and patient, a pictureof excellent customer service. we made an informed decision to buy a tempur mattress and we are pleased with our purchase and can't wait to sleep on it as soon as it arrives. khushali is an asset to the store and if ever we buy a new mattress in store, we hope that we get assisted by her or by someone who is as good as her.
Immediately upon entering the store we were greeted by christopher. he was very knowledgeable, polite, attentive, convincing and made sure we selected the bed which is just right for us. he took us to a machine and made us lie down for it to detect the type of mattress that suits our sleeping pattern and any health issues. following this he took a few seconds to shortlist the mattress as per our budget and health requirement. an experience worth repeating. the shop itself has a large variety of mattresses both in medium budget range going right up to luxury or high end range.
We visited dreams at st. george's retail park in leicester. we initially went to have a look at a mattress . we were served by a lovely man called anil. he put us on the sleep machine so we knew exactly what type of mattress we needed. we found the one we were looking for. also with a new mattress topper and pillow. we've gone through the finance route and he was very helpful talking us through the process of exactly how it works, how much the monthly repayments are, about delivery. the man has 10 years in service so he knew exactly what he was talking about and offered us complementary hot drinks. the hot chocolate is amazing! thank you anil. you were amazing!
