I am buying my first house and been very lucky to have Geeta Divecha as my advisor. She has been very helpful throughout the process,which was not easy due to my circumstances, but with her experience and knowledge everything went smooth. Thank you Geeta!

Had a really positive experience working with the Mortgage Advice Bureau. I was advised by Geeta Divecha, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Aside from sorting out my mortgage deal and various insurance policies, her advice has saved me a LOT of money. As a first time buyer with no experience of the mortgage market, I had a foolish notion that interest rates would decrease significantly before the end of 2023 and so I should take a gamble on a variable rate mortgage, but Geeta talked me out of it. Since then, interest rates have risen by 1.5% with no sign of stopping. I have just moved into my new house and, if I hadn't listened to Geeta, my first mortgage payment would be about £200 more, and likely increased further before the end of this year. The moral of the story: Always listen to Geeta!

We've started looking into buying a property over a year ago and have been speaking with quite a few MA's over this time however, none of the MA's have taken the time to go through the information in enough detail and ensure we are comfortable with all terms and conditions. Our case wasn't straight forward however, because Geeta has a lot of experience in this regards and has been dealing with a fair share of applications, she knew exactly what will be required and made us aware of any additional documentation we needed to provide. As a result, because she covered all basis, we've received a mortgage offer from the bank within 3 working days. Geeta was also a great help when it comes to all compulsory protections that one needs to take and helped us secure good monthly rates. All in all, the whole process was very smooth and much quicker than expected and we will definitely recommend Geeta Divecha to everyone looking to get a mortgage in the future.
