Excellent customer service 👍. I was about to buy a varifocal glasses when I was reminded that years before I tried and didn't work out for me. great experience, a lad named drobo was the person who helped me and i am very happy with him. great guy + very helpful and efficient. overall from the actual eye test to choosing my glasses was a very smooth experience.

My husband and I have been specs savers customers for some time. We are elderly and white and I am annoyed to see that there is a post alleging racism by the well qualified young people of several nationalities who provide the excellent service we have received. We have had complex needs attended to with skill and grace and would like to express gratitude for the care given.

Although I had to wait for the 2 assistants to finish their conversation, it was clear that it was related to a shop issue, everyone was super helpful. I have never had an optician check a prescription 3 times before, because one of my eyes had improved so much. My new specs are great and that is down to the young lady who helped me choose my frame. She was so honest in her appraisal of the specs that I thought suited me. Brilliant!
